Installing the Application and associated patches on Windows Machine, UNIX machines and managing other related technical issues there may be. b.. Define/Manage Service Requests created with Oracle on application/technical issues. c.. Experience in administering OC, TMS, RDC is desired. d.. Experience in administering Apache Web Servers on Windows Machine would be desired. e.. Experience in administering Oracle Databases running on UNIX is desired. f.. Provide Application Support and when necessary, Interact and train the end users on resolutions. Manager is looking at candidates who have prior experience with the product and who have some System Admin experience or vice versa would also apply, candidates must have the desire to learn and become Application Administrators. a.. This is a System Administrator position, wherein a Database Administrator experience is desired b.. This position would involve managing OC, RDC and TMS. c.. Implementation experience is desired As an Administrator, prior development experience with RDC and TMS would only help. d.. Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 is desired as these applications are in a validated environment. e.. This is a hands on technical position, where in the Business System Analyst will design, develop, implement solutions and potentially train the end users, related to Oracle Clinical, Remote Data Capture (RDC), Thesaurus Management System (TMS). f.. This position will work under the supervision of the project lead(s) providing technical assistance and ensuring the project timelines are met. g.. Knowledge about computer systems validation, 21 CFR Part 11, and system testing processes is desired. h.. 3-4 years of systems administration and/or application development experience in Oracle Clinical, Remote Data Capture (RDC), Thesaurus Management System (TMS). i..
