And best * ** Evaluate user requests for new programs or complex modifications to existing programs. Perform research and gather relevant data to assist with determination of feasibility, cost and time required. Prepare detailed program specifications. Develop coding for computer programs, enter coding into existing systems, test and debug programs. Create programming documentation. Monitor ongoing program and system performance. May provide training or act as a mentor to less experienced team members. *QUALIFICATIONS*: • College degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience • 5+ years experience in applications programming, preferably 1-2 years at ESI • Minimum of 3 years experience *java development* • Minimum of 2 years of *application & workflow design work using FileNet eProcess and/or P8 api's * • Minimum of 2 years of experience with *FileNet Image Services & eProcess* • Experience with *FileNet P8 suite of applications* a plus • Must have experience with Java/J2EE technologies, specifically *java web services, JMS, Oracle and SQL Server DB's* • Experience with *MQ, VB, SWING* a plus • Thorough knowledge of programming concepts, design, procedures and practices • Experience in multi-platform distributed environment • Detailed knowledge of programming • Adaptability and willingness to learn • Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions • Strong mentoring skills • Project management experience and proven ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple deadlines very helpful • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work load and meet project deadlines.
