The candidate DOES NOT need to come from finance, it's a plus. b.. They are focused more on core skills and experience. c.. Good understanding of Oracle CRM On Demand processes. Configure, troubleshoot and support all aspects of Oracle Siebel CRM On Demand including BI reporting functions Web Services Integration. d.. Supporting web services development with J2EE or .Net development a plus. e.. Ability to create process flows, flow charts, user scenarios, functional requirements, test scenarios, etc. a plus. f.. Configuration experience with On Siebel On Premise CRM a plus. g.. Excellent communication, planning, writing and editing abilities Ability to work under strict deadlines and the flexibility to move from one project to another. h.. Oracle CRM On Demand development. Translation of business requirements into design. Build integration to and from external systems. Serve as Oracle CRM On Demand subject matter expert.
