Experience in implementing strategies for audit, load balancing, exception handling and high data throughput. Experience in Health Care insurance industry data warehouse data modeling. Experience using data modeling tools, including Sybase PowerDesigner. Outstanding analytical, problem solving, organizational, and detail orientation skills. Proven ability to lead and mentor in a team-oriented environment. Strong ability to guide technical decisions, lead design and implementation efforts, and resolve conflicts. Strong ability to communicate plans, progress, issues, and alternatives to all levels of management. Work well under pressure with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities. Maintain confidentiality and project a professional business image. Strong writing/documentation skills.
