Title:: Oracle Apps DBA Location:Sanjose,CA Duration:3-6 months Rate::55$/hr Max 9/10 years of professional experience involving implementation, upgrade, development, customization and maintenance in ERP, E-business suite, Oracle DBA /Development/Enterprise Reporting experience including technical knowledge of Oracle Apps11i and R12. • Planning, developing and implementing solutions facilitating corporate growth. • Installation and upgrade to 11i , R12 • Cloning Production Oracle Apps instance to Test, Development and QA instance • Refresh Development database from Production database for legacy environment • Support during Implementation of E-business Suite 11i • Lead cross functional teams with diverse technical background • Involved in 24X7 production Support • Fair understanding of RAC & Clustering technologies on Multi-Node with Parallel Concurrent Processing PCP and Load Balancing LB of Oracle Application • Administering and tuning concurrent managers • Oracle Apps and database performance tuning • Clone Automation, Patch Automation done by shell scripting • Proactive monitoring by setting up custom alerts by shell scripting • Code migration to various instances • Define concurrent manger work shifts • Database backup scheduling using Autosys • Restore and duplicate database using RMAN • Applying Patches, Minipack and Family Pack and DB patches • AD utilities to maintain application. • Onsite-Offshore team management and coordination • Crisis management
