Interview Process: Phone interview followed by in-person interview (face to face interview is non negotiable) Responsibilities: This resource will work as a subject matter expert for an upgrade from Websphere Portal 5.0 to 6.1. This resource will not have any direct reports but will work with budget, timeline, allocation of resources and overall planning for the upgrade. This position will not be hands on but will require a strong knowledge of the steps involved in the upgrade. A qualified candidate will have taken part in one or more upgrades of Websphere Portal and have excellent communication skills.
