Local candidates will be looked at first as an in person interview may be required. a.. Required Qualifications b.. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer Certification c.. 5+ years' configuration and installation of Windows-based servers and Operating Systems. d.. 5+ years server, software and hardware support experience - Support users and network services in Windows Server Systems (NT4, 2000, 2003) and Desktop systems (Windows XP). e.. Thorough understanding of infrastructure services such as multiple Active Directory domains, DHCP, WINS, DNS, SMTP, and IIS. f.. Extensive hands on experience with Symantec Backup Exec. g.. Experience in racking and physically installing server hardware and peripheral devices. h.. Experience in Windows workstation and server Patch Management using WSUS or other tools. i.. 3+ years systems analysis and programming experience j.. Ability to relate technical concepts to non-technical personnel. k.. Capable of logical analysis for problem determination. l.. Self motivated. m.. Experience working in a team environment n.. Experience in training technical users o.. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. p.. Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently. q.. Disciplined to meet time constraints and deadlines Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or business, or equivalent experience. r..
