EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS are a must.* * * Detroit, MI 6 Months** *Position Title: SAP 5.0-6.0 HR Specialist *Number of Positions: 2 Must have 5 years previous experience with an organization of at least 5000 employee's (Rep and Non-Rep) processing payroll internally Must be excellent communicators and specialized in the *HR modules SAP.* These resources will work as a 'team' to support the HRPT team. These two resources need to be *SAP HR Functional/Technical* "gurus" – so the ability to not only train the users on how to set up the business processes and workflow but to actually configure the modules (i.e.compensation, payroll, time schemas, etc) also. Brief Description: Will be responsible for understanding and configuring *SAP HR (Payroll and Compensation on a 5.0 to 6.0 upgrade project) * Must have 5 years *SAP experience with ESS/MSS, payroll processing*, and compensation models. Must have expert knowledge of *SAP HR functional configuration, customizing transports, and researching / processing SAP messages*. Must have expert knowledge of *ECC 5.0 and strong understanding or experience with ECC 6.0.* Must have general knowledge of *Netweaver 6.0 and 7.0 *and how SAP functionality interacts. Must be a self directed and strong team collaborator.
