Please let me know, If you have any suitable consultants available on the below urgent requirement Title : SAP Baseline Support Location : Chicago, IL Start Date : ASAP Duration : 4-6 months Job Description: Provide EDI baseline support for inbound and outbound documents. Monitor and resolve errors and issues with interfaces among all OM/Transportation/Warehouse applications and SAP. Act as liaison between End-users, SAP Technical Support, and ETMS Support to resolve issues around inbound and outbound IDOC's. Job Requirements: Education/Experience Requirements: . Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Management Information Systems, or related fields. . Strong Knowledge of Business Processes. . 2-5 years experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain and/or Warehouse Operations. . Demonstrate understanding of logistics Supply Chain systems. . System implementation or baseline support experience. Skill Requirements: . Strong knowledge of SAP 4.7 or higher. . Strong MS Office skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. . Understanding of PepsiCo (Quaker) Logistics operating systems will be a plus. . Highly organized and can prioritize multiple projects. . Highly self-motivated and self-managed, with excellent prioritization and organizational skill. . Ability to communicate effectively, internally and externally, to all levels of management. . Ability to work across multiple functional groups. . Proven learning agility in new and fast paced environment.
