*Description*

Telephony Analyst will support voice operational initiatives, projects, and
baseline work.  The telephony analyst needs to be highly skilled in call
centre environments with expertise in Avaya Communications Manager, Avaya
IVR(VoicePortal), Modular Messaging, Fault & Performance Manager, *Avaya
VoIP* & CMS environments.   Verint call recording system administration
experience is a plus.


*Skill Sets*

Person must have 7+ years working experience with Contact Center software,
ACM, MM, CMS and VoIP environments.   Must be familiar with a range of
carrier services and voice systems in North America.


*Certifications are a PLUS but not required.*

Avaya certified ACA, ACS, ACE.   Certified on Avaya products - G3R, ACM,
FPM, Modular Messaging, CMS.
