7 years experience in IT/OO design/development/architecture with Java/J2EE
Design
and Development.
5 years experience leading and mentoring development teams in design and
development
best practices.
3 years experience with Portal TechnologyArchitecture, Design, Development
and
Best Practices.
3 years experience with WebSphere Portal
