*The person will act as a trusted advisor to the project on transition and
supportability considerations throughout the project lifecycle. *

*Providing management oversight of projects *

*Providing recommendations on value adding approaches for Transition &
Supportability Forecasting resource requirements for Transition &
Supportability across projects
Resourcing Transition roles and providing ongoing mentoring & coaching on
Transition & Supportability processes and deliverables
Ensuring the deployment of the Trading Support model, Global standard
processes (including Problem & Incident, Change & Release, Service Level
Management, Demand Management, Time Writing) and tools prior to
go-live-Communication of Transition & Supportability status of projects
Monitoring of Transition & Supportability KPI's to measure success and
improvement areas
Providing learning's and best practice in order to improve the processes and


*Accountabilities Transition Planning & Delivery:**
Plan for and deliver seamless Transition of the Project solution to support
includes support for infrastructure, middleware and applications *

*Work with the Support/Service Delivery Managers to build the End to End
Support Model, processes, personnel and tools are in place prior to go-live.

Assure the solution handed across is compliant with relevant security
standards, BCP's & DRP's are delivered, License Management is agreed,
relevant inventories are up to date and signoffs & involvement of key
support staff are sought & delivered
Regular status reporting to stakeholders
Monitor and report on the success and areas of improvement of
program/project transitions and supportability engagements through KPI

*Support Consultation:* *
Trusted advisor to project teams & support organizations on transition &
supportability matters
Consults on ways to improve supportability and reduce transition and support
Special Challenges Embedding Supportability in projects requires strong
leadership.-Working in a Virtual team across multiple time zones
Gaining an understanding of the business and the trust of the stakeholders
Resources with matrix reporting lines
Project Manager and T&S Mgr -Delivering through others with no direct
Experience: Experience in applications support and support processes,
specifically ITIL
Works effectively in virtual, geographic dispersed, cross cultural
Track record of managing, coaching and developing others
Project or Programmer Management competencies
Hands-on experience in a key support role covering business- critical
Strong process and process management skills
Strong relationship skills to work with multiple stakeholders across
organizational and business boundaries at all levels.
