Manufacturing integration – SAP MII seamlessly integrates plant processes
with business operations. The application provides a single,
standards-compliant connection between shop-floor activities and enterprise
systems for ERP, manufacturing execution, and sales-force automation.

Manufacturing intelligence – The real-time analytics engine in SAP MII
aggregates, calculates, and delivers a single view of relevant events,
alerts, key performance indicators (KPIs), and decision support. Production
personnel access all relevant information through a single, role-based
dashboard. Empowering them to make fast, accurate decisions that can improve
your bottom line.

CUSTOMER REFERENCES (see below for link to list of companies that use SAP
MII, including Solae, based in STL)...call into these shops to steal their
SAP Basis MII admin/architect.

   - Immediate need - could start him/her tomorrow (well, after our
   background and drug test...~1 week)
   - Technical clarification:  need an Architect level (ok if the person is
   not hands-on anymore), must be in a Windows environment (with strong SQL
   Server and IIS - not UNIX)...and we're talking Infrastructure, not
   Application experience with SAP MII (so, not an SAP functional MII
   specialist) - this person will talk about how they've built the landscape
   (how to install software, not configure).
   - He doesn't need to meet the successful candidate in-person before
   making a hiring decision...ok with a phone interview (but you better make
   damn sure the person who interviews, is the person who shows up for Day
   1...he has been burned in the past)...speaking of, we are in the middle of a
   Monsanto resume audit (all vendors)
   - He has hired from me in the past (this is not a separate SAP group
   within Monsanto, where I'm not as tight)...this is in their Global
   Infrastructure group, with a bunch of DBAs, Windows admins, Unix admins,

   - The candidate's legal first and last names (as appears on their birth
   certificate, H1B, etc.), their birth month and birth day, and their last 4
   digits of their SS#.
   - Availability to start and interview
   - A nice writeup - why you think the candidate is good (and please don't
   put down ~8 years of SAP, 4 years of Basis, etc......I'm talking real
   "accomplishments" - saved time, saved $, etc.
   - A great resume (cleaned up with no candidate info).
   - Your candidate's # - just for me to call, and I'll call ASAP from any
