Duties/Responsibilities As the MDM and Data Quality Engineer, you will oversee, and directly contribute to, the roles and responsibilities of the Information Strategy Technology Platform Data Services team. The MDM and Data Quality Engineer directly contributes to, the roles and responsibilities of the design and strategy for Master Data Management, Uses Data Quality and other tools to design and implement the framework. You will play an important role and will guide aspects of Data governance and Data Stewardship You will collaborate with a team of Subject Matter Experts, Vendors, Technical Project Managers, etc to effectively deliver projects & initiatives and you will require the capability to work in large cross-functional teams. You will contribute to enterprise-wide strategic planning, technical governance for information exchange & harvesting, as well as assist in managing tactical responses. *Basic/Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelors degree required, preferably with emphasis in computer sciences, Information Systems, Engineering, HealthCare or Medical Informatics. MDM Engineer must have strong experience in following domains - Master data management, data quality and data governance solutions. Hands-on experience using and implementing MDM solutions preferably in *Health Care domain will be preferred.* *At least 5 years of proven hands-on experience on SAS Dataflux* (MUST have Dataflux) Familiarity with the following concepts is a must Dimensional Modeling Data warehousing architecture, physical databases and performance tuning Oracle Metadata Tools like Rochade Excellent problem resolution and analysis skills. Must be able to present complex data/concepts in a clear, understandable, and meaningful way for reporting to upper management. Strong written and verbal communications skills, including effective meeting management; prepare and present (PowerPoint/Visio); documentation templates for various procedures when needed. Good analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
