Overview: Client is supporting an SAP implementation at a customer site in
Virginia. Their customer is an information & security services firm and the
largest supplier of background investigation services to the Federal
Job Requirement: SAP HR/Payroll Consultant w/ experience in an SCA (Service
Contract Act) environment. Consultant needs to have either a government or
union payroll background in SAP.
One consultant is selected for this position was looks like this:
SAP - 7 years
HR Payroll - 7 years
SCA - 2 years (ATT and Birmingham City Council.)
At ATT he worked on SCA (Service Contract Act) and CWA (Communications
workers of America) union dues.
He has a very solid understanding of SCA rules. Wrote rules and schemas for
SCAs and Unions for an acquisition project.
Three full life cycle implementations.
Very articulate and motivated.
