This person will be doing manual testing. This group will be moving to automated testing eventually which is Test Complete. This skill is also not required. Has a strong fundamental understanding of industry practices and responsibilities assigned to him/her. May act as a team lead and/or mentor to entry-level candidates. Responsible for writing and executing test cases in a MANUAL environment, taking direction from the person who created the test plans, and communicating the test results through written documentation.
