Minimum Requirements
2+ years experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems preferred with 2 or more years of closely related Call Center Technology Integration Systems Engineering experience.
Aspect ACD
Aspect ECS and Contact Server 6.x
Aspect eWFM
Have a basic understanding of IVR and telephony interfaces to CTI systems
Demonstrated experience supporting a complex contact center environment.
Understanding of telephony environment as a whole (ACD, IVR, Oracle, UNIX, voice network, etc.)
Telecommunications voice network /PBX /ACD
Working knowledge of Microsoft's desktop applications suite, UNIX, SQL Server and Oracle
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
