Job Title: *SAP HCM HR Payroll Lead Analyst** *Location: Lee's Summit, MO Duration: 2 Months Rate: 70.00 per hour C2C All Inclusive *Job Description:** *50% Requirements gathering, design and configuration of SAP Payroll and Time components and all integration points with SAP Time Management, Benefits and Personnel Adminstration. 20% Responding to client requests for assistance and questions related to payroll operations, from initial data entry to final payment and posting to financial account. 20% Develop functional specification documents related to HR-PY and TM ABAP forms, interfaces and reports related to HCM data. Test and execute HR ABAP components. 10% Provide technical support to other payroll resources providing SAP payroll and time support for other accounts *Specialized/Practical Knowledge: ** *3-5 years SAP HCM experience and two full life-cycle implementations Specific SAP Payroll and Time-specific knowledge and experience should include configuration of A/A types, wage types, tax models, off-cycle activites, payroll and time rules and schemas, garnishments, remuneration statements, check printing/direct deposit, FI postings, third party remittance and tax reporter. Experience with SAP HR data migration tools is preferred Configuration knowledge of BSI is strongly preferred. Exposure to ALE scenarios related to de-coupled payroll and SAP finance systems is desirable. Experience to include payroll testing, roll-out and support Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed Ability to work as a team player in a SAP support environment Able to collaborate with HR ABAP developers during development of specifications for HR forms, reports, interfaces and conversions *Interaction: ** *The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills in the English language. This position requires the ability to develop successful business and customer relationships, understand customer business processes, and provide solutions to business requirements. *Complexity/Problem Solving: ** *The successful candidate should have strong analytical and problem solving skills. This position requires candidate to develop SAP HCM/Paryoll solutions for moderate to complex business requirements.
