*Position:* Senior IT Consultant *(US Citizens Only)*

*Description/Required Skills:*

Must have experience with both Cisco IP Telephony and Legacy Telephony, wide
area networking technologies, vendor management, and client account
management strategies.

*Duties and Responsibilities —*

* Day-to-day operations and continuity of all IPT telephony services

* Aid in managing all incidents, escalations, communication processes and
drive to resolution

* Aid in communicating global initiatives with Customer Care team as

* Aid in managing execution and vendor oversight of IPT management duties
(patching, software/hardware upgrades, warranty replacements or refresh)

* Aid in ensuring vendor processes as they relate to IPT incident handling

* Aid in verifying NOC processes and documentation as they relate to IPT
incident handling & monitoring activities

* Aid in ensuring all testing and acceptance documentation is correct

* Aid in ensuring that all IPT processes, policies are fully defined,
documented and published

* Manage, maintain, record, track, and report IPT hardware, software,
configurations, builds etc.

* Aid with ensuring site IPT security compliance

* Work with internal architecture team and outside vendors on IPT upgrades,
enhancements, and strategic direction

* Coordinate and maintain relationships with internal regional
infrastructure groups to ensure smooth/effective delivery of services and
execution of new initiatives

* monitor and assist with IPT trouble tickets

* Review move, add, change requests including reporting on the status of and
recording deficiencies in process or with vendor team members

* Managing, maintain IPT lab / Depot and staging areas. This includes
staging, receiving/shipping of Telephony gear in and out of the United
States Baseline Proficiencies

Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent job experience

* Must have one of the following: CCVP, CCNP and/or CCIE Voice

* 4-6 + years job experience in a VOIP Operations related field

* Ability to effectively manage projects and coordinate activities with
external partners

* Analytical ability and decision-making skills

*Requirements —*

* Ability to interface and work with multiple teams across project
boundaries and communication channels

* 2+ years experience with Cisco IPT network design and implementation

* Understand change management issues, ITIL compliance

* Experience with technical writing and Visio

* Must understand configurations of multiple types of voice gateways (MGCP,
H.323, SIP)

* Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex Cisco
CUCM, CUAE, and Unity.

* 2+ years experience with many types of network circuits (POTS, PRI, DID,

* Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary to meet business

* Ability to effectively communicate with clients and end users
