Siebel CRM Sales Analyst/Business Analyst needed ASAP!

Must have's:
Looking for a guru on a CRM Sales tool as it relates to helping and gathering information for the sales force for a client, information about the tool. Perspective candidates must have CRM tool experience, and Business Analyst background.  Also, financial/Investment industry is a must.  Must have run the CRM Sales Tool for a company like T. Rowe Price, Guardian Life Insurance, Goldman Sachs as an example.
 Job Purpose/ Description: 
Experienced Business Applications analyst with experience working with multiple client facing sales organizations.
Specific area of focus is client relationship management (scheduling and event management). 
Tasks and Responsibilities: 
Experience in a business analyst role with respect to following the full project lifecycle - documenting designs, creating test cases, and helping with implementation preparation activities
Plan, conduct, and may direct the analysis of complex business issues to be solved with process changes and information systems.
Apply a broad knowledge of various business processes and functions and technical expertise to accurately anticipate organizational impacts.
Must be able to facilitate business requirements gathering and definition in various formats including joint collaboration sessions with business and IT, targeted Q&A sessions with multiple Subject Mater Experts, and one-on-one user interviews in order to provide solutions that meet business and user needs.
Should possess business domain expertise in Client Relationship Management to support and understand the systems and capabilities of IT.
Identify, appropriately escalate, and help resolves issues and mitigate risks
Develop and Document Functional Design / User Interface Designs to address business, user, and functional requirements. Manage changes to specifications.
Negotiate deliverables by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation.
Serve as liaison with Quality Management to insure test and integration plans meet requirement objectives.
Follow rigorous SDLC and project management life cycle and best practices, comply with internal Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other compliance related processes and adhere to Change Control and Problem Management procedures.
Required education/experience: 
Experience with systems business analyst role in full project lifecycle gathering requirements, documenting process flows, documenting designs, and assisting with testing and implementation activities.
Must have experience and deep working knowledge of CRM ideally Siebel.
Financial Services experience required - in area such as Advisory Services or Wealth Management.
Experience working with client-facing sales organization a plus.
Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements. Able to effectively prioritize key business needs, often among multiple business groups.
Experience working with both business and technical teams.
Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems, able to work on multiple efforts with competing priorities, and have the ability to meet critical project milestone deadlines. 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to work effectively in fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Bachelor degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
