ABAP Developer
Position Summary:
The CRM ABAP Developer's role is to support SAP CRM technical development projects and maintenance activities related to CRM Sales, Service, and other CRM applications, issues and problems.
Essential Duties:
- Perform design analysis and recommend solutions for the implementation and further roll out of SAP CRM software modules.
- Assists in the development, documentation, and quality assurance of product solutions, perform code and application development, including: Remote Function Calls in ABAP, Java Web Dynpro; SAP Java Development Infrastructure; SAP Java Connector Programming; and Programming with SAP Java Persistence Framework.
- 5 yrs of experience of SAP CRM development and configuration in CIC.
- Must have SAP CRM 5.0 experience.
- Proven experience working on all phases of a project from design through implementation.
- Must understand full life cycle development from plan design, coding, testing, implementation and support.
- Programming experience with Win-client and Web-client CIC.
- Programming experience with InteractionCenter, Alert Modeler, EEWB, Action Box and CRM BADI development.
- Additional experience in the areas of ECC 6.0, CRM 5.0.
- Comprehensive knowledge of CRM Tables and function modules.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field. Experience may be substituted for education.
- Position prefers candidate with education focused in MIS programming and server.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years in field of programming. Prefer candidate with minimum 5 years with SAP CRM experience. Prefer candidate with minimum 5 years experience in with ERP.
