*Position Name:* CRM/ERP Analyst (PeopleSoft)


*Position Description:*

Responsible for providing expertise in 9.0 functionality during an upgrade
from 8.8 for Time & Labor, Payroll for NA & ePay modules and complete
knowledge transfer to HCSC payroll team.  Position is in Payroll functional
business area.   Assist in test documentation development and execution
while adhering to corporate policies & methodology and generally accepted
audit and accounting principals. Research & log cases should issues arise.
Assist in training development using UPK software and change management

*Skills Required:*

Time and Labor expert understanding payroll integration and functionality
with special interest in the following:

1.      Rules – template & custom

2.      Time Administration processing and experience analyzing batch stats

3.      Experience executing steps documented in PeopleSoft Red Paper
Procedure to Follow when Load Time and Labor Abends

4.      TL Security Administration components: Dynamic Grps, TL perm lists,

5.      TL Comp Leave (TL Qty) & relationship to Leave Accrual

6.      Schedules – non-standard

Experience upgrading from 8.8 to 9.0 TL and payroll modules and HCM core who
can provide us with valuable user experience and lessons learned input to
supplement our project.

Payroll expert understanding TL integration and HCM core in the following

·       Biweekly payroll – 17,000 emps

·       Salaried & Hourly empl types

·       Multi-state (20) employer

·       1 union

·       RetroPay & ePay in use

·       outside interface file loads to Payroll

·       Familiar with content and format of Tax Updates, TL Bundles & other
PS fixes

·       PS/Oracle website (MetaLink) user

·       Query building skills & SQL and relational DB concepts

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

·       Attention to smallest details

·       Communication skills – provide clear, concise status updates and
ability to work with all levels of HCSC team

·       Knowledge & experience applying audit principals including
accounting and SOX

·       Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, time constraints.

*Additional Responsibility*

·       Experience implementing FLSA functionality

·       Experience implementing Daybreaker functionality

·       DB2 database platform experience

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Access

·       PS’s User Productivity Kit (UPK) tool experience

·       XML publisher report development

·       Data archiving experience
