RATE: $48/hr on C2C

*Education and Experience:*

* *

Ø  BA/BS in Technology area (i.e. Computer Science) or related field or
equivalent work related experience.

Ø  5+ years experience in software product development with progressive
increases in leadership roles/ responsibilities ' 5+ years of demonstrated
successful project management experience.

Ø   Previous experience with overall project responsibility for large scale
projects involving $1-2 million in budget expenditures, 20-30 project team
members, including internal and external resources and 2+ sub projects with
project managers/ leads.

Ø  Strong preference for a candidate with professional certification (PMP)
and active participation in professional societies such as a PMI chapter or
Software Process Improvement Network (SPIN).

Ø  Insurance, financial services and/or mortgage industry experience

Ø  Proven experience in driving ' Strong preference for experience applying
ISO 9001, or similar quality management models to a software development
project environment.

Ø  Effective stakeholder status, decisions, and communications.

Ø  Demonstrated track record of successful product delivery within budget,
schedule, scope and quality.

Ø   Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and
control of projects.

Ø  Outstanding communication (verbal and written), customer relationship and
leadership skills.

Ø  Strong analytical and team-based problem solving skills.

Ø  Ability to negotiate resolution of issues and conflicts.

Ø  Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Ø  Ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams.

Ø  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Planview, or
similar project management toolset.

Ø  Understanding on UML modeling

Ø  Understanding of XML

Ø  Resource management, including resource estimation and allocation.

Ø  Ability to travel as required.
