2. Project Leader/Project Manager to  coordinate the administration of multiple 
and varied store POS based systems and applications.  This individual will be 
responsible for communication with various support and application development 
teams as well as end users.  All support/reporting tools will be developed and 
supported by this position.  This position is responsible for timely processing 
of Store Software Support issues originating from Remedy trouble ticketing 
system and system monitoring tools. Ensure daily support of company-wide store 
software distribution. Resolving user and system issues and assisting with 



 Primary Responsibilities: 


Coordinate status of active POS problem tickets and insure prompt resolution. 
Plans, coordinates, and as required supervises large assignments or projects.  
Involved in problem identification and solutions. Monitors event management 
system messages and takes appropriate action towards resolution Assists with 
automation of processes including system monitoring, recoveries, and 
optimization. Monitors trouble ticketing system for issues and works toward 
resolution. Informs management of major/critical system issues. Provides root 
cause analysis and recovery method from major/critical system issues. Maintains 
software distribution clients, groups, work objects and sessions. Monitors 
required file transfers ensuring 100% completion, troubleshooting system 
issues, and monitoring report processes. Works with various groups in the user 
community to ensure integrity of data. Assists with implementation of all store 
based system upgrades including development of project timelines and monitoring 
of upgrade status. Submits automation requests for system recovery. 
Participates in projects through investigation, testing, pilot, and 
implementation. Works closely with outside vendors to resolve issues.
