Accountable for managing the Quality testing practices to support the
Telephony Group. Plan, design and execute the testing strategies and
practices to meet the functional testing requirements for the applications
in the Telephony space (IVR/vru applications, call routing, Call
monitoring/NICE, outbound Dialer). Leveraging onshore and offshore resources
to augment the team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Review requirements and functional documents.
* Development and implementation of test strategies and test plans and
ensure that functional objectives are met.
* Writing and execution of test cases
* Defect management
* Account conditioning
* Status reporting interfacing with dev and business as needed, defect
analysis, lessons learned etc.
*Establish objectives and coordinate activities of team members and ensure
QA processes and standards are being followed.
Forecast the effort associated with upcoming projects at concept,
requirement and design levels.
*Interface in various forums to report on project and program milestones and
present project needs and technical knowledge.
*Coordinate activities with overall development team

Required Skills:

*Proven ability to conduct accurate needs analysis, solve problems, assess
technical capabilities, conduct strategic planning, build and motivate
teams, and manage Software Testing projects.
