Rate : $40/HR C-C Max *2nd Position :* DSM, IA or Minneapolis Develop new applications using J2EE, Spring, Spring MVC 2.0, Hibernate, Struts, Oracle 10g. Extensive front and back end experience absolutely required. Experience developing web services and frameworks. Must have outstanding communication skills and experience working directly with end users to understand requirements using a modified agile development approach. Must be able to work collaboratively and without direct supervision. Must be a senior developer who can be productive almost immediately.
