Sr. Programmer Analyst * **Location:* Buffalo, NY *Duration: *Permanent** * **Start:* 2-4 weeks. Candidate will be required go through background investigation and drug test processes before hiring. *Requirements: * Five (5) years experience in systems development. Experience with java, java web services, jsp/servlets, UNIX, sql/RDBMS concepts, Tomcat, cvs/svn, apache, WebLogic, Oracle, Microsoft SQL server, object oriented design. Knowledge of engineering principles, applications analysis, development techniques, documentation techniques & source-code control is required. Candidates must also have excellent problem solving, multi-tasking, customer service, organization & project mgmt skills. Experience with the Harmonized Tariff, Customs duties, and Governmental Taxes are a plus. Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Lotus Notes preferred. Candidates must possess good written and oral communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment.
