6 Months – 1 Year Rate: 62 - 65/Hr Inc * * *Major Duties and Responsibilities:* A. Assist the DCS Network Coordinator to identify and resolve complex problems and issues related to data communications and networking required to support transformation activities B. Coordinate with DCS Service Provider, DIR Communications Technology Services Division and the DCS Customer Agencies to troubleshoot and resolve network issues and performance problems C. Provide network expertise; troubleshooting, isolating, and interpreting DCS Customer Agencies performance problems; leveraging network troubleshooting tools; and providing detailed expertise working with routers, switches, and routing protocols. D. Identifies problems concerning schedule, transformation activities and works with the DCS Network Coordinator to resolve E. Assists the DCS Network Coordinator in the resolution of escalated issues and disputes according to escalation procedures F. Track and report on the status of activities, issues and action items G. Assists and supports all activities of the DCS Network Coordinator, as needed H. Performs other duties as assigned. WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS (Required) A. Strong project management skills. B.
