*MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS*

   - 2 – 3 years of experience with *Microsoft SQL Server Development*
      - SQL Stored Procedure Development and Testing
      - Data Schema Design, Table Design Experience
   - 1 year of experience with MS SQL 2005
   - 1 year of SSIS experience
   - Experience with report development
   - Excellent communication skills. Candidates must be able to speak
   English that can be understood by native speakers of English and must be
   able to comprehend English when spoken by native speakers of English.
   - Satisfactory reference check. *Resume must be accompanied by at least 3
   references not older than 24 months from a supervisor or manager. References
   must include Full Name, Company, Tile, Telephone and Email*.

*Desired Experience*

   - Experience with NYCDOE student-level data and/or student management
   systems (e.g. ATS, CAP, HSST, eScholar)

*RESPONSIBILITIES*

The selected consultants will perform the following tasks:

   - Analyze, design, and build a SQL database management system (table and
   query structure)
   - SQL scripts, indices, and complex queries for data analysis and
   extraction, manipulation
   - Implement application database code objects (e.g. stored procedures and
   views)
   - Implement extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes between
   SQL and mainframe environments.
   - Work with business stakeholders, project management team, and technical
   supervisors to create a transparent development environment (via SQL stored
   procedures, for example)
   - Document and maintain database system specifications and diagr
