Rate: $30 Corp

Start date: 1 week
Description: Communication Manager - (Sample attachment of work ppt., etc required with resume)
  • Provide direction, advise, and input to the Sr. Management team in defining the strategy and approach for Communications
  • Develop organization's communication plan with accompanying messaging and positioning, as well as content development and coordination for all delivery vehicles, including ops reviews, all hands meetings, Web site, email communications, and other presentation opportunities as needed
  • Determine the most effective communication channels and vehicles (including Web 2.0 technologies, as appropriate) to successfully reach target audiences while supporting company guidelines
  • Extract salient information from multiple sources and synthesize into Functional communications that are consistent with the approved communication strategies
  • Provide Practice Managers and Directors with slide preparation, messaging, and marketing of capabilities, achievements, and initiatives
  • Lead and train Practice Managers in the development of professional quality Power Point Presentation using the capabilities of Power Point to enhance their message
  • Establish an organization and cross-organization content partner network with key stakeholders to remain informed of upcoming IT and business partner events, messaging and/or new technologies as input to internal communication strategy and execution with constant input and feedback
  • Establish and maintain close working relationship with IT Executive communication manager to coordinate messaging and delivery in alignment with internal team and IT strategies and directives
  • Drive consistency of messaging for various programs/initiatives within the organization
  • Develop a process for identifying customer success stories that highlight adoption and use of IT strategies, and develop a portfolio of success stories
  • Coach Sr. Leadership on live delivery techniques, and conduct post-presentation review
  • Develop and deliver communications training/workshops for Sr. Leadership Team
  • Facilitate recurring meetings for efficiency and effectiveness, and develop report for posting and archiving of useful information
  • Prepare weekly status reports on communications
