Location:             Sacramento, CA

Duration:             12 months+

Rate:                    $ 40 an hour

 

Required:

1.       Minimum of five (5) years experience in system development throughout the System Development Life Cycle including developing functional and technical specifications and programming, testing, and implementing high quality systems.

2.       Minimum of five (5) years experience relational database experience including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server, PL*SQL and T-SQL.

3.       Demonstrated experience with Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) tools, preferably Oracle Data Integrator.

4.       Demonstrated experience with Oracle Identity Management Suite, specifically Oracle Access Manager.

5.       Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize complex information to identify and solve problems.

6.       Knowledge of Health Level 7 Reference Information Model (RIM).

7.       Knowledge of and experience with Electronic Data Exchange (EDI) and X12 standards.

8.       Knowledge of health care claims submission and adjudication processes.

 

Description:

Client seeks professional services to create, test, deploy and support a system process that transforms and loads processed claims data received from an external Third Party Administrator (TPA) into  Contract Medical Database (CMD). Services will include requirements gathering, design, installation, configuration, testing, documentation, implementation, and production support.
