Include certification number * * *Skill Experience Need * 1) Experience with UNIX Entry Level Required 2) Cisco IOS Configuration - CCNA Level Experience Intermediate Required 3) *Redback Router* AOS Configuration Entry Level Desired 4) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite Intermediate Required 5) Experience in NOC or similar Operations Center Intermediate Required 6) Routing Protocols - OSPF and BGP Intermediate Required 7) Communication - Written and Oral Intermediate Required 8) *Juniper JUNOSe Configuration* Entry Level Required 9) Team Player Expert Required *Project Description:* The incumbent will be assigned to work in the Layer 3 DSL NRC. The contractor will assist in day to day activities of the group. These activities include monitoring of ticket queues and taking action to resolve network events identified via the ticketing system.
