*Primary Responsibilities*

·         Access project stakeholders¹ readiness for the project change and
work with project team and/or Client Organizational Development staff to
plan and develop a change management strategy and plan

·         Provide mentoring to Client Organizational Development staff in
developing an organizational change management strategy and plan, and
delivery of the plan

·         Recommend, develop, coordinate, and facilitate project change
events

·         Work with project manager and project team to analyze project
stakeholders to determine the best methods and mechanisms for communication
to each stakeholder and develop an effective Project Communication Plan

·         Recommend and/or establish training programs

·         Design and develop a transition management strategy and plan

·         Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives to assist them in
fulfilling the role of change sponsor

·         Work with project team to integrate change management activities
into the project plans

·         Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and
supervisors to assist them in helping their staff through the transition

·         Coordinate with Client Communication team to develop themes, style
guides, and templates for project communication, utilizing approved branding
standards, guidelines, and tools.

·         Recommend and develop communications to help project stakeholders
manage and adjust to the various changes occurring as a result of a project

·         Perform various project change management and communication
activities as needed

·         Utilize best practices for change management and internal
communications



*Management reporting:*

   - Produce and submit weekly status reports to a designated manager €
   Immediately communicate risks and/or issues to a designated manager
