Dotan,

In the latest versiosn the format is like this:

  [NotebookList]
  Default=
  file:///...
  file:///....
  file:///....

Just take the first two lines literally and follow with a sequence of file uris.

In older versions, it is name and path on each line seperated by
whitespace and no header.
