Evgeny, I'm sorry but I'm not sure I understand what exactly it is you are proposing.
I see some brainstorm about adding things like email, contacts etc. in zim. I'm not sure zim is the right tool for this. But that depends on what you are trying to do with the data. I also see a proposal to add meta data to folders. But I don't understand what problem you are trying to solve here. Probably you should start out with describing a use case in some detail and if we agree on that we can discuss implementation details later. Probably the wiki at http://zim-wiki.org/wiki is a good place to put such a detailed use case.
