Hi, I did "what I thought" was a full backup of the Zim notebooks. Apparently I did not.
Over the weekend, I reformatted my computer and installed ArchLinux, restored by stuff. When I opened Zim, I had to add my notebooks and my settings were gone. So, obviously I did not backup everything I needed.
