I have found this guide <http://docs.gz.ro/node/183> to run Zim on a Mac using Platypus and PyGTK. It's a very straightforward process, and so far it appears to work quite nicely. I think it could be an interesting solution, considering that people appear to complain about the difficulty of running Zim on Macs all the time.
