I created a new export template for Zim. It is based on Marks' Eight-Five-Zero <https://github.com/jrm4/Eight-Five-Zero> template. So, like that template it creates an responsive website which should look good across different devices. The main differences with Marks template is that it adds a collapsible navigation menu.
