Answering my own question, I managed some stuff. My config is like this:

foreground=#6f3112
background=#dcdcdc
family=Courier 10 Pitch
[Tag pre]
foreground=#6f3112
background=#dcdcdc
family=Courier 10 Pitch
wrap-mode=GTK_WRAP_NONE
indent=0
Couldn't find anything for border. Couldn't find a way to make [Tag pre]
highlight the entire block. It highlights lines and text as individual
pieces, like here:
