Hello all. I approach the group in hopes of recovering some deleted and demolished files..
I had a temporary computer that I reformatted. In my haste I accidently reinstalled windows without backing up my zim notebook file. I had quite a few journal entries and writings I had recently inputted ... I would like to get these back. I realize the error of my ways. I used testDisk/photoRec to pull the entirety of the recoverable files off the drive. Is there any specific file type beside ".zim" that might contain what I am looking for? Attached is a screenshot of some files I recovered that I thought may be what I was looking for .. no luck yet. I'm willing to pay for advice and time. Thanks All!
