News article reports that the is U.S. withdrawing support for the UN
"Reproductive Health" agreement. The agreement was apparently largely a
committment from the Clinton presidency for the US to fund "women's
choice" clinics in third-world countries.

Quoting from Francoise Girard of the International Women's Health
Coalition, "...This is a very profound shift for the United States. It
contradicts their stated support for women's rights around the world."
I'm always confused by this peculir application of the term "women's
rights". I'd kinda like to know exactly what constitutes the analogous
"men's rights".
