It appears the Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the Boy Scouts on the question of whether or not the organization must be compelled to accept a leader who advocates homosexuality-- http://laws.findlaw.com/us/000/99-699.html --Noting, however, that it was decided 5-4, and the court appears very divided on the issue.
