Just as with the Bible, it depends on what verses one is reading in the Quran. While some read into the Quran that the Jews are infidels, we also read in it that the Jews are brothers/cousins and should be cared for and lifted up by Islam. I do happen to know some Muslims that are good friends of the Jews (and vice versa), because they have moderated their view of their own holy writings, understanding them as a whole and not reading violence into them.
