While not directly configured per zone, Network Virtualization and Resource Control, project Crossbow, went into beta yesterday. http://opensolaris.org/os/project/crossbow/ You can configure flows per IP address, which could be the IP address assigned to a zone. Or with VNICs, you can limit bandwidth on the VNIC(s) assigned to an exclusive IP Instance zone.
