I am running pkgcond in a whole-root, nonglobal zone:
It seems the exit status of these commands is not consistent:
(Is not a "1" false, and a "0" true?)
Either way these command don't jive....

platform:
    SunOS r54s05-zone-01 5.10 Generic_127112-08 i86pc i386 i86pc
    /etc/release: Solaris 10 8/07 s10x_u4wos_12b X86

[EMAIL PROTECTED]: /usr/bin/pkgcond -n is_nonglobal_zone
[EMAIL PROTECTED]: echo $?
1 << wrong
[EMAIL PROTECTED]: /usr/bin/pkgcond -n is_global_zone
[EMAIL PROTECTED]: echo $?
0 << wrong
[EMAIL PROTECTED]: /usr/bin/pkgcond -n is_sparse_root_nonglobal_zone
[EMAIL PROTECTED]: echo $?
1 << correct
[EMAIL PROTECTED]: /usr/bin/pkgcond -n is_whole_root_nonglobal_zone
[EMAIL PROTECTED]: echo $?
0 << correct

If someone can try this on an opensolaris zone. I'm on a non-openSolaris system.

Thanks,
Russ
