Inside the Readme file of this patch cluster you will notice that you
need to run the install_cluster script twice. The reason for this is
that it will patch the system up the kernel patch you now have installed
and will then fail the rest of the patches until you reboot the system.
It will then install the latest kernel.

I just patched my Solaris 10 Machine with latest Recommend Patch
Cluster. It still shows me 5.10 Generic_118833-36. It did bring it to
latest kernal. Can anybody help me how to bring it to latest Kernal?
