if you mean upgrade a branded zone running 12/03 to s9u6, then no, there
is no upgrade facility in s9/s8 branded zones.
They can patch it to the latest kernel patch for u9 etc.
But what exactly are you trying to solve, does some software require
later update?
or is this for a bug fix in later u9?
