Folks, I have attached a high level write up on how we can implement dynamic
configuration changes in a ZK ensemble. Please comment on this and let me know
if you think this approach makes sense. Since I just came up with this, there
could be corner cases that I may need to handle.
Please note that this write-up doesn't focus on how we can make the
configuration details available to the clients using a URI. I believe that can
be dealt separately.
