I am using the 2.2.1 version of ZooKeeper. My zoo.cfg file is:

The command line I am using for the server is:
java -cp zookeeper-dev.jar:java/lib/log4j-1.2.15.jar:conf
com.yahoo.zookeeper.server.quorum.QuorumPeer conf/zoo.cfg
and for the client:
java -cp zookeeper-dev.jar:java/lib/log4j-1.2.15.jar:conf
com.yahoo.zookeeper.ZooKeeper 127.0.0.1:2181
Here is what I get on the client end:

At this point the client exits.
Note the continuous stream of "null: 3--1" type errors. Why is it
constantly having to reconnect to the server? Finally, when I type in a
simple create command the client goes belly up and exits. Even though I am
following the exact instructions in the SourceForge wiki, I figured maybe I
was doing something wrong, so I decided to run the unit tests. Sure enough,
they also failed!
