This combination (CMF 1.4.x, Zope 2.8.x) is not one I have ever used or tested myself. Can somebody who needs that combination to work diagnose
the problem?  If the test is not itself broken (a strong possibility),
then the error is due to a security hole:

... and if no one needs that combination we might as well take it out of the sequence of combinations being tested. Since 1.4 is no longer being actively maintained testing it doesn't produce much useful information.
